🚀 MoBro 1.0 is Here! 🎉

After a long journey of development and testing (huge shoutout to our amazing Patreon supporters!), we’re finally releasing MoBro v1.0! This is a massive milestone for us, and we couldn’t have done it without your feedback, ideas, and patience.


🔥 What’s New?

🔄 Shareable Layouts
Our new dashboard builder is super powerful, but we know starting from scratch can be overwhelming. To make things easier, we’ve added Layouts sharing via the marketplace! Now, you can pick from a variety of pre-made Layouts, tweak them to your liking, and share your own with the community.

🛍 Marketplace Integration
The marketplace is now fully integrated into MoBro, and every user can share their Layouts directly through it. If you have coding skills, you can also create custom Widget Packs or even full Plugins to ingest your own data into MoBro. Everything runs on your own system and stays completely private!

To make the marketplace more interactive, we've also added ratings and comments—so you can give feedback on Plugins, Widget Packs, and Layouts.

✨ UI & UX Improvements
We’ve reworked tons of UI elements and improved the overall user flow, making MoBro smoother and more intuitive than ever.

❗ Important: Manual reinstall required!

All previous users must reinstall the app to get MoBro 1.0 up and running. You can download the latest version here:

There is no automatic update for versions 0.0.22 and older, so please manually download and install the new version.

⏭ What’s Next?

Now that Layout sharing is live, we’ll keep adding new predefined Layouts with fresh widgets and plugins. But since you can now create and share your own, we want to focus on features that help you build even cooler dashboards.

Some of the areas we’re likely focusing on next:

  • Refined Widget Packs – We want you to have more customization options for our default widgets, especially charts! (Multiline-Chart, Gauge options)

  • Actions – Right now, dashboards only display data. With Actions, you'll be able to interact with your dashboard, similar to a stream deck—triggering commands, switching profiles, controlling applications, and more.

  • Extended User Profiles – More customization and personalization.

  • Performant Animated Backgrounds (for Patreon supporters) – Adding more visual flair without killing performance.

  • Marketplace Expansion – Making the marketplace available on mobro.app for easier access and browsing.
