MoBro v1.5.0: Visual Redesign and Metric Explorer Overhaul

Hey everyone!

We have a major new update for MoBro ready for you. For this release, our focus was on cleaning up the user experience, giving the app a visual refresh, and adding some new functionality to the Metric Explorer.

🎨 Visual Redesign & Main Page Refresh

When you open the app, you’ll notice a completely reworked main page design focused on your system vitals. We wanted to make the core data cleaner and easier to read at a glance. For the system vitals to be displayed, you'll need to have the MoBro Hardware Monitor Plugin installed.

You will notice a more consistent visual feel throughout the app in general, including the marketplace, the plugin and widget pack management and also the dashboard builder.

📊 Overhauled Metric Explorer

The Metric Explorer received a significant overhaul. All metrics are now displayed in a single table with a single search and controls, no more jumping between multiple tables to find specific metrics.
We’ve also added several quality-of-life features, including the ability to export single metrics, persistent column resizing and filters, and customization options in the chart modal. Additionally we added proper formatting support for currency, dates, and datetimes, and made metric links clickable.

📦 Widget Pack Updates

Alongside the app update, we are releasing new versions of all our widget packs. These now include detailed descriptions and icons in the dashboard builder to make customization clearer and easier.

The new Widget Pack versions might not be compatible with older versions of the app. Please make sure to update the app first. If you have a rather new version of MoBro, the marketplace should inform you about any incompatibilities already.

What We're Working on Next

With these major UI changes out of the way, we are shifting our focus toward new content. Moving forward, you can expect to see more frequent updates centered around new plugins, fresh widget packs and layouts in the marketplace.

Thank you for the continued support. Please let us know your thoughts on the new design, and feel free to use the new "Report a Bug" feature in the title bar of the app if you run into any issues.
