I designed and programmed my own custom Splash Animation to play on my RPi. However when I loaded the ModBros program it over written my custom settings.
Is there a way fix this to where I can play the splash animation before running ModBros?

what exactly do you mean by “loading the program”? Flashing our custom image will wipe everything that was on the SD card before.
But you can always connect to the Raspberry Pi over SSH after flashing the image and then customize it.
