Are the sources for the Windows Desktop app available? If not why?

the source of the desktop app is not public for various reasons like security, copyright and so on. Some of our sources like themes, theme sdk, … are public on github here: https://github.com/ModBros
How about the API that the client uses? I'd really like to get this up with my Linux machines.
