I've installed the os, and gone through the web Config page and setup the os,
I've selected my wifi network for the pi to connect to, set the password, it's a simple password, can't get it wrong…
So once I completed the set up, and say apply, the raspberry reboots and gets to the screen where it tries to connect to my wifi network.. That's where it fails, it keeps saying failed to connect to configured wireless network,

Just to rule out a few things:
your wifi network is correctly listed on the configuration page? are you using a 5GHz or standard 2.4GHz wireless network? which Raspberry Pi model are you using?
