Raspberry Pi has no picture

2 people are following

Hey guys. Recently I got set up on a raspberry pi 4 running the v10 img, and I'm having problems with output to my display. The desktop app sees the rpi as connected, and the driver and connectors are tested and working when booting to raspbian, but I get no picture on my display. I'm just using an HDMI connection, which requires no drivers, and I can see the rapsberry pi boot sequence when it loads the image for the first time. Any thoughts?

Fixed it. Was able to SSH into it and download the appropriate drivers that I found on a separate forum! For anyone wondering, I got this display from Amazon, and followed the instructions towards the bottom of the page.

Hi @deej6669

glad to hear you were able to figure it out and it works for you now :)

Just to let you know, the driver for the display you got is already included on the MoBro image.
Next time you could just select the MPI4008 driver as shown below in the configuration wizard:

Also small teaser of the upcoming v11 image that will be out shortly ;)
