Hi, I can't connect to my raspberry pi 3 b+ using my Android phone. I just have “reinstall” the OS 3 times. In my phone's connection settings, I can see the Mobro_configuration network, but when I try to connect, it says “Connection failed”. After 1 hour of trying finally I was connected, but when I type 192.168.4.1 - nothing.
