I've got a question: what are the terms of service and privacy policy for the windows app? It seems like there is no link to them on download page. Also it seems like the privacy policy located at term - ModBros (mod-bros.com) doesn't account for the app and terms of service at https://www.mod-bros.com/en/tac link is broken (I've got this link from google auth).

Thanks for the hint, the link to the terms should be fixed now.
If you scroll down to “XII. Besondere Nutzungsbedingungen Application Software” you can find the specific terms for the windows application.
