It seems to be happening whenever the PC is asleep for a few hours. I have to manually open the up the desktop app and tap restart for the monitoring service to work again.
Windows 10 device. Already checked through Windows and it claims the service is running even though the app states otherwise.

this issue has been reported by quite a few people by now. We are looking into this. Unfortunately I can't really provide you with a quick workaround or ETA.
