Error when trying to install on Pi Zero 2W

Hello,

I am having an issue when trying to set this on my pi zero 2 W brand new. I downloaded the file and imaged it to the micro sd but I am gettting this error:

I have tried many things:

3 different microsd cards: Sandisk, Kingston, Microcenter brand

3 different capacities 16GB, 32GB, 64GB

Tried it on my Pi 3b+ that was running an image of this fine up until I tried changing to this new Pi Zero 2W

Normally I use Rufus but I tried etcher, and Win32 Disk Imager

Tried using SD Card Formatter first then using one of these tools. 

All yielding the same result.
