I display my PC's dashboard as a website on a separate device.
When I boot my PC, the remote web view picks up just fine, yet I'm also shown this second windowed version.
How do I turn this off?

I guess you're just opening your dashboard on your external device via a browser, right? Do you maybe also have ‘Autostart with MoBro’ enabled for your dashboard?
Because that will automatically open the dashboard directly on your PC when MoBro starts, just like you are seeing. This setting is not necessary for your dashboard to work via the browser on your external device.
